Comprehensive evaluation: Damage can be expected with 《Cosmic Slicer Zer'oll》which makes Defense Position.

A low-ranking Reptile monster with a consistent 19 RBI, but it doesn't belong in the theme.
It has an effect like a subspecies of "Razor Lizard" that gives a piercing effect to all reptiles including itself when lined up with other reptiles, but it does not have self SS or other SS effects, so basically " Kagetokage》and general-purpose deployment cards are close to a bonus effect.
It has the advantage of being level 4 water that can be used as a material for Bahasha, but if you specialize in using it as a material, ATK will drop slightly, but Gagagigo, a vanilla monster with the same race and attributes, is better. Special Summon It can be said that it is highly suitable as a material as much as it is excellent in means.
Even if you simply look at it as a 19 RBI of a lower reptile, the attribute is different, but it seems better to use an Alien Soldier that can receive vanilla and Alien support.

It's good to be able to give penetration to all Reptiles in the field and the minimum RBI of 1900, but I don't think it's particularly good.
To be frank, if it's not a deck that uses Ananta or Naga-sama, it's just plain plain.
Furthermore, in the latter case, even if you play this card against a link that does not have defense, it will only lead to extra damage and increase the number of targets to be destroyed, so it is very difficult.

High hitting point and penetration effect are excellent. However, since the attribute does not match many Reptile theme Decks, the current situation is that it can only be used in simple Reptile unified Decks. Luckily, “Giga Gagagigo” is a Reptile, so it might be possible to play the role of both attacker and piercer in “Atlantis”.
